Contracts, handbook and policies rebuilt from current legislation rather than patched — plain English, signed acknowledgements, manager guidance notes. Includes the awkward conversation about what your old documents were silently exposing you to.

Redundancy programmes

Selection matrices that survive scrutiny, consultation run on real timelines, alternatives genuinely considered and minuted. Done with as much dignity as the situation allows — your remaining staff are watching how you treat the leavers.
